Exchanges
Since this is a drop-ship shop and items are sent to customers from vendors all over the world there are no exchanges. You can choose to return the item and then order a new one.
Shipping Disclosure on Returns
We offer free shipping (excludes sale items) and since this is a drop-ship shop items are sent to customers from vendors all over the world. Returns are sent directly to MSmash and held in inventory for listing on Sales pages. This shipping policy may be updated at any time as soon a shipping subscription is acquired.
Charity Donations
Returned items that cannot be re-stocked, sold in sales items, or do not sell within a 6 month period will be donated to local charities that are community service organizations providing clothing for people in need.
